Talent Acquisition Group Limited, trading as JobsHype, is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. We do not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or exploitation within our business or, to the extent reasonably within our control, our supply chain.

We are a small UK-based recruitment technology business. Although we are not currently required to publish a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we have chosen to publish this statement voluntarily as part of our commitment to responsible business practices.

JobsHype provides recruitment technology and services that help employers attract, engage, screen and communicate with candidates.

Talent Acquisition Group Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 16275467, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London W1W 5PF.

Our business is predominantly technology and professional-services based and currently employs a small UK-based team.

We expect everyone working for or with our business to act ethically and comply with applicable employment, labour and human-rights legislation.

We will not knowingly work with an organisation or supplier that engages in slavery, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, child labour or other forms of unlawful exploitation.

Where we identify credible concerns regarding a supplier or business relationship, we will investigate those concerns and take appropriate action. This may include requiring corrective action or terminating the relationship where appropriate.

As a recruitment technology business, responsible recruitment practices are particularly important to us.

JobsHype is designed to help legitimate employers engage candidates regarding genuine employment opportunities. Candidate information must not be used through our services to create unrelated consumer marketing or sales lists, sell or trade candidate data, or promote unrelated products and services.

We expect employers using JobsHype to conduct their recruitment activities lawfully, fairly and without exploitation.

Our supply chain consists primarily of technology, software, communications and professional-service providers.

Given the nature and size of our business, we consider the direct risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be relatively low. Nevertheless, we recognise that risks can exist within extended technology and service supply chains and will take a proportionate, risk-based approach when selecting and reviewing suppliers.

Employees, customers, candidates and suppliers who become aware of a suspected instance of modern slavery or human trafficking connected with JobsHype are encouraged to raise the matter with us.
